I simply sent them an email reuest ,detailing my needs for travel. They somehow booked or held reservations with the airlines, never returning my call or making me aware of what they did. They caused me hours of time trying to undo what they did. I never authorized them to do anything on my behalf, I just made a request and they provided me with a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!
