When I was on vacation for two weeks, the pipe outside my apartment was broken and flooded my guest room. The room was not fixed until a week later. The management cared nothing about your damage as long as they got the room fixed. They avoided receiving any complaints as long as they got the room fixed. I understand when the lease is signed the management becomes vicious, but this is simply unacceptable.
