I took my vehicle in for an oil change because they were recommend through my Triple A. I made an appointment for 9AM and was told that it would be finished the same day. I never heard from them, so I called right when they were getting ready to close @ 5:30PM and was told they would not have it finished until 9:30 the next morning! They also said they would call at that time. \r

I called the next day at 11:30AM because I never heard from them, and I asked to speak to a supervisor. They transferred me to the service department but not to speak with a supervisor. Politely, I explained my frustration. They checked and found that my car was done and ready for pickup. No apoligy for not calling or for taking to long. \r

I thought the company looked professional, but I guess when you have many customers you don't have to be!
