I needed help 5-15-09in getting a referal for my mother. I felt strongly that your receptionist could care less. I waited 30 minutes for her to tell me it was submitted. I stepped out in the hall and called the cancer treatment center, they still had nothing. I went back in to ask for a reference number and the date it was submitted.she said the office manager had to speak to me.I then waited 20 minutes. She said she could'nt give me anything without my mothers signature. I asked her to please send it to the cancer treatment center, again she said nothing could be done.I had to bring my 80 year old mother in who just had a kemo treatment and was so weak she could'nt walk in for something that should have been done between docter offices. Is this trully how you treat seniors! WOW. I have watched your office go down hill for a year now. But today watching your receptionist taking personal calls and your office manager who made me feel I had to go on the defenceWOW. This is such a sad thing!!!! I keep hoping and praying things are going to change. PLEASE restore my faith in your clinic. People need a good clinic. I want to be able to say I have a great clinic to go to,PLEASE!
