I signed a contract for a set number of classes (which was cheaper than paying for each class individually) with the stipulation that I had to use them up before the end of the year. In mid-December (I still had 3 classes left) I was away for a week on vacation and also found myself working late alot which prevented me from attending the last few classes. I don't see what the problem is with just carrying them over to the next year and was dismayed that I was not allowed to nor was I refunded. I would have surely renewed another contract in the next year had they done so but losing a customer did not seem to faze them.
Pros: good instructors
Cons: not much room on some days; poor contract policy
