My wife ordered a pizza for us on the internet, where there is no possibility of making a mistake. I even saw the order she put in-- the same pizza we always get. But this was our first time with this Papa John's, and they seem to have a team of idiots capable of screwing up a printed order. We were told that our pizza would come in 45 minutes. We called after 55 minutes, only to be told that our pizza should be there any minute. About 15 minutes later, the pizza came, but it was the wrong one. So, my wife called the store, and the manager said, ""We didn't have that topping and I was too busy to call you to tell you. But I'll call you in a few hours to give you a comp."" In other words: they gave us the wrong pizza on purpose! That's the first time I've ever heard of such a thing! Naturally, they didn't call us for the comp, either. We didn't call them back-- I'd rather write this nasty review and hope the owner reads this and fires the entire staff and starts from scratch.
