This man helped Dozier Evans steal my house, and now i am homeless. He represented the above mentioned in a real estate deal. Evans will not pay the agreed upon amount for the property and when i call Mr. Duclair he does nothing. When the deal was done Mr Evans told me this was his friend. I am fearful of people with friends that lie and steal from families.
