I could not have found a better personal trainer for myself than Michael Gayle. He loves what he does, and it is obvious from the enthusiasm and encouragement he provides. He offers his services with care and sincerity, and he instills a high level of trust. Michael has extensive knowledge of the body and nutrition, and he applies that knowledge to my body’s specific needs and my personal goals. During my sessions, Michael explains and demonstrates exercises in addition to using touch to modify or adjust my pose. Michael is teaching me exercises and techniques specific to the program he is creating for me—a program I can take with me and incorporate into my life. After only a few sessions with Michael, I was already feeling stronger, more energetic and now, finally, not only hopeful, but truly believing that my body can become the strongest and best it has ever been.
