I've only heard great things about this store, so I took the risk, and made the 45minute drive today. BIG MISTAKE!!! The sales woman was completely RUDE!! And, it wasn't just me that felt that way, as I had taken a friend for moral support...Not only did the sales woman yack on the phone half the time I was there (doing inventory or something?)...but she also snapped at me when I had to 'help myself' in finding another size (AFTER SHE WAVED HER ARM, when I asked directions to more choices/options...I guess I was interupting her busy leaning on the counter, yacking on the phone mode!!). Finally, and this was the last straw, she actually said...""well, i guess we just don't have anything that fits YOUR size""...Ouch! That really hurt my feelings. I realize that a 36H isn't easy to fit, but you don't need to make me feel like a freak show! Thanks for your GREAT customer care, BedTime Boutique! NOT!!!!!!
