I called this company 3 times over a two week period to try and get a quote on a home security system and they never called me back. Pretty scary fact considering that BPS is actually in charge of home and business security. If I can't get them to sell me their product I can't imagine having to rely on them in an emergency situation. I called two other security companies and each of them visited my house and quoted me on the same day. Avoid BPS and find yourself a more reliable company to do business with.
