I've been a regular patron of this place for several years because I like to support my neighborhood businesses. The owner has always done his job and provided all mailing services. I recently went in to the store five minutes before closing with an emergency package to send. It was a simple envelope. He refused to serve me saying he was closed. I commented that he was still open for five more minutes (all it would take to make the transaction) and that his door was open and not locked. He just said he was closed. No apologies, no nothing. Rude, short and unfair given that I know his business hours. I won't return sadly as I can't count on the business and he really left me in a bad situation. I'm just one person but it's not an impressive way to conduct business and I won't forget it.
