The meat is put in a freezer with no electricity, so by the middle of the day it is spoiled, sooner in the summer. I recently quit working here because I could not knowingly sell spoiled meats to people, especially to families where kids will be eating the meat. The health dept. should regulate this dangerous scam, or better yet shut them down for safety violations.\r
They truly do not care about the customer, or the freshness of the ""meat"". They will not even tell the employees where the meat comes from, we were told not to even ask or risk being fired! Please do not feed this to your family, it is NOT worth the risk..children can die from eating spolied meat!
Cons: Meat is carried in a powerless freezer
