In my book; in the midst of community detachment largely due to overpopulation; customer service, mutual attempts at reparation of poor service, and honest quality comes first. Without intending to undo any of the legitimate complaints from previous customers of SS, I have experienced SS customer service and quality of food to be among the best of the restaurants in the area. I'm not a regular, perhaps dining there three to five times a year, and always dress casual, but they've provided consistent and professional services and food from the regular menu and specials that have never disappointed me to date. I hope they continue this calibur and also improve on other areas that have been complained about.
