Randi went WAY out of her way to obtain and assemble a hat for my grandfather whose original Navy hat was stolen prior to his passing. She also helped me identify which medals he had from photos of him. His termination papers were also stolen. She did this under tremendous pressure and she did a fantastic job! Thank you very much!
