For some, it may seem strange to wait in a line and order from a window at a BBQ restuarant. Floridians, this is the way BBQ is done. Service is minimal, everything is on styrofoam- but the food is outstanding. Why don't we have more of this in S. Florida? I come from one of the BBQ meccas (K.C.), and I am constantly looking for places to try. This is the best one yet!
