They towed my car from my front door step saying that it was parked in a fire lane. It was parked literally in front of our garage and front door steps! In addition, our garage door was open and the hose was out b/c we had been cleaning it out and went in for lunch! Crooks! We called the association (which are also crooks) and they said there is nothing they could do about it--it's up to the towing company. I am contacting the Bureau of Better Business on both this towing company and our association---what a pile of horse-patties!
Pros: What Pro's--they're crooks
Cons: Cons are probably what make up 1/2 of their staff!
