I have been a customer of the Laura Gregory Salon since it's existence and followed them from their days at the Downtown Lazarus. I have gone to other salons and have not ever been treated the way I am at the Laura Gregory. Upon arrival, there is always a smiling face waiting to greet me at the door, to take my coat and offer me something to drink. All the stylist know me by name and treat me with dignity and respect from the moment I walk in. I am a regular client of Greg's but if I am not able to get in with him, I am confident that any one of the other stylist can step up and fill his shoes. They all are so friendly and up-to-date on their styling techniques and products. I have never gotten bad service or never not like my hair when I leave the salon. If you are looking for the BEST full-service salon in the Columbus area, this is the place. Keep up the great service.
