Leslie, the owner of Grand South, sold us very expensive blinds which were ill-suited for our needs. The material wasn't ""trainable"" such that it learned to fold correctly when retracted. After a year of frustration, we paid $1300 to get little plastic rods inserted in each fold; Leslie was unwilling to reduce the $1300 fee in recognition of the poor / inappropriate original recommendation. The rods still leave little kinks to be manually fixed so, as of today, we're spending $3700 to get entirely new blinds put-in by another provider. Given her poor judgment and lack of business sense in failing to address our dissatisfaction, Leslie deserves a low rating - we would not recommend her at all.
Cons: Lacks expertise. Bad business judgment.
