Having spent several weeks in Thailand, I know that Thai Kitchen is one of the most authentic places in Nashville. The food makes me feel like I'm back in Thailand! They routinely make things mild to suit western tastes, but if you want something spicy tell them ""ow ped ped""... or add some of the chilis in fish sauce or other condiments available in the fridge. Fantastic service and great food. And like other reviewers have said, it's a thai restaurant... so skip the chinese food and try something thai! Some things to try are the green curry w/ veggies, noodle soup, or the ""big bowl"" of Tom Yum.,
