I've got to say I hope the gentleman who had such a bad experience there goes back for a second try. My family has been eating there for the past 20+ years on and off and consistantly the steak and chicken has been very good, the bread is texas toast seasoned very nicely and the baked potatoes are worth the price of the meal. Any restaurant can have an off steak occasionally. Their mark would be how they handled it if brought to their attention, which it doesn't sound like this was done.
