I went to get my hair trimmed with Jen Garza. This stylist has no customer service skills.
She seemed annoyed that I came in to get my haircut. She was really rough with coming the tangles out of my hair and when I asked her opinion how short i should have my layers her response was ""i dont know"" which was a response with everything I asked there after. The cut was was ok but I've had better so I wont be returning to this salon at all. I normally go to the galleria location but I really needed a cut and it was the closet location from work. I will just make an effort to go see Jose at the galleria. Jen is the worse stylist I have ever encountered. Do not see her if you have to go to that location.
Cons: filthy and no customer service
