As I pulled into the auto center at Silverado Ranch and Bermuda my knees were shaking about what was to come. I had allowed my brakes to go to grinding! I saw several mechanic shops there and was drawn to Professional Brake Service. I immediately felt comfortable when I walked in the lobby. I was relieved when I was unexpectedly told I did not need brake rotors. I was told that even though I went grinding, the rotors could be machined. As I sat in their comfortable, air conditioned lobby, waiting for my repairs to be complete, I witnessed one act or human kindness and compassion after another towards the other customers who were already there and to those who came in after me. This is genuine folks!!! These are some great people here. This was my first experience there and I will never go anywhere else. Way to go Professional Brake Service! You guys are a breath of fresh air!!!!
