And that is a star too many. Owner is self-righteous and has NO problem overcharging you. Employees need serious customer service training, and will NOT tell you of special deals they are running. They charged me $200 for a service they offered for $65 ten days later (cleaning, glazing and storing). I paid $120 for the cleaning and then $80 for the storage. Nobody in that store had ANY scruples to overcharge me by at LEAST $80 by not telling me my options ("We don't push service on customers" was her justification, what a bunch of nonsense, you are in the BUSINESS of pushing things on people!!!!). I wonder if they can sleep at night, I couldn't.
