We didn't see the reviews until after we book the appt. Jake was very diligent about calling us back initially which is why, for the life of me, I can't understand why he didn't show up, didn't call, NOTHING...We had every intention of confronting Jake on what we read on the internet but alas, we were not given the opportunity due to his inability to keep an appointment!
