I ordered a beautiful arrangement depicted on the site for our Anniversary. The next day my Wife recieved an arrangement, or should I say flowers thrown in a vase. What was sent looked nothing like the "arrangement" I ordered from the web site. Despite numerous phone calls and emails (most going unanswered) with this company and their reps the only thing I have recieved to date is LIP SERVICE and no monetary resolution. Next time I will walk into a local florist, choose the arrangement, and pay for it when I pick it up. I learned my lesson but I still can't get back our Anniversary Day.
A 100% written satisfaction guarantee offered by a company should mean something. In addition, after emailing pictures to Cascade Florists manager I have an email response (the only one) from Cascade's manager stating "I am in agreement with you on this arrangement. This is unacceptable". But to date I have only recieved lip service and broken promises from this company. They have given me no further response as promised OR no monetary resolution.
