Server's name Lindsay. She seemed very professional at the start. Then it all went down, the drinks came 25 minutes after we sat down, we placed our order, and then 15 minutes later she came back stating they were out of grilled chicken, so we had to replace the order again. My kid;s food never came, 45 minutes later, she brought bread which she managed to drop a few pieces on the floor and then place the basket with 2 pieces of bread and 2 used side plates, the plates had old food and a tooth pick still sitting on them. This bread was clearly left overs from customes that had since left the establishment. We asked to speak to the Manager, who did not sympathise with the situation, he quickly got the bread out of the way and left as fast as he could. Lindsay all the while was giving all her attention to the table next to ours which had 5 good looking men. I cancelled the order, I will NEVER EVER go back to Skyline. We asked for the check, and she gladly gave us a tab which belonged to the table next to us $ 110. this is one of my worst experiences ever. This establishment does not care about the customer's satisfaction. They could all learn a few things from the sorrounding restaurants. We had dinner at Sirros next door and the service was excellent.
