Just a note to thank you and the State Farm Staff for the PROFESSIONAL and timely respond to two recent claims. We had a pipe burst flooding the kitchen, within a few hours of reporting our problem the adjuster sent someone out to advise and assist us in resolving all the issues associated with a flooded kitchen. The kitchen was repaired in a timely and satisfactory manner.\r

While this was being resolved my wife was involved in an auto accident. I reported the accident and within two hours an adjuster was calling to advise me on my coverages and how to proceed. The truck was a totaled lost. The adjuster offered a very fair price for the totaled vehicle. It took little over a week from the day of the accident to a final settlement and obtaining a replacement vehicle.\r

In closing Dennis I would like to thank you and your immediate staff and the State Farm adjusters for making difficult times a lot less stressful.\r
