When you get to be middle aged, you start to have some aches and pains. I found this to be unacceptable.

Tom, my trainer, pointed out that people tend to fall more as they age. He suggested that we work on balance, in addition to core work, strength training and cardio. He is very creative, so he changes my workout every week.
I also go to physical therapy for a problem I have had since I was a child. Tom and my physical therapist communicate via email so that he knows what I can and cannot do.
I am 62 now. I have been working with Custom Fitness Concepts for 5 years. Prior to this experience, I had never exercised or played a sport in my life.
My advice for others is: Do not think that you are too old or out of shape to work with Custom Fitness Concepts. Also, once you start the program, stick with it. If you listen to your trainer, you will get great results.
