I had a neighbor who was interested in Custom Fitness Concepts and I agreed to go to a complimentary trial with her. It was a challenging workout. In fact, I almost threw up in the first class, but we decided to sign up and try it for a month.
After the month, I decided to stick with it. I like the variety of classes that Custom Fitness Concepts offers. There is always something different.
I also like the trainers. Even if there are a lot of people in the class, they find a way to individually assist you. They know when you are ready to take the next step and they help you do it.
The workouts are motivating and challenging. I have seen a difference in my body and the way I eat.
I like that classes are offered at multiple times and a number of locations. If the time of one class does not work for me, I can go to another later in the day.
I highly recommend Custom Fitness Concepts. Based on my initial experience, I would say that even if it is hard at first, you should persevere and go back. It is so worth it.
As someone who was not athletic, I feel that now I could go into any athletic situation and be up to the challenge and master it. I have learned how to work out.
