My dog had a lump on his side that was removed. From the pre-op appointment, to the surgery, to post op, the staff kept me informed, and took great care of my dog. \r
They called when surgery was over and let me know how he was doing. The front office staff was super friendly when I was there (someone was even in training and they were doing great!) \r
The Dr's were friendly and efficient and the vet techs are super knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions at discharge. This is a great vet. \r
I take my dog every 6 months for bloodwork and check ups. So I am familiar with the vet and tehy are familiar with my dog. I have to say, I've been fairly charged and have recieved itemized receipts and written estimates before every procedure.
