At first I really liked the BCVH because they managed to give my cat her yearly shots without any problems (she's very difficult to handle in stressful situations). A year ago I took my other cat there with an abscess on his face and was told that it was just a tooth abscess that will drain through the mouth on its own. I asked to have it drained since we were already there and was told again that it should take care of itself. I paid 160 dollars for that visit during which nothing was done because - it would take care of itself. Sure enough the next day the abscess ruptured and before I caught on with it my cat managed to leave a bloody trail throughout the entire house and I have white carpet in my bedroom that is now stained. I took him there again and this time the abscess was treated surgically. I requested to at least get the money back for the first visit and was told that they will get back to me.
