The staff was very friendly and efficient when we checked in and very accommodating a few minutes later when we discovered our room had been used after it had been cleaned. Apparently the former tenants had gone back in the room to eat and let their dog romp around on the bed even though they had checked out. They left their trash scatter about and doggy footprints all over the duvet. We were given a new room and an apology even though it was not the hotel's fault. We would stay here again.
