I had just moved into the area with my family and 2 dogs. I went for a walk in my neighborhood and a loose dog came out from nowhere and began to fight with my dogs. My smaller dog, Kenny, I was sure had been hurt quite badly. I was frantic and did not know where to take him for help. I ran home with him and called my neighbor to ask where she takes her pets. She told me to go to Lakeside. I went immediately. When I got there Kenny was treated like he was the most important animal in the world. The staff was on top of it. The office was quite busy and I hadn't called ahead but I was put into a room right away and I was not only greeted by a waiting technician but within seconds the vet came into the room. Kenny was not hurt as badly I thought ( a couple of bite wounds) and all ended well. I can't say enough about how I was treated as a client either. I had a receptionist offer me coffee and comfort while Kenny was getting treated. She calmed me down and relayed how things were going in
