I had brought a previous car to Falconi's 2 years prior and received great service so when I had my next fender bender I thought nothing of taking my car back to this autobody shop even though they were not on my insurance companies list. I was inconvenienced several times regarding what the cost of the job was going to be. I had to go back and forth between the insurance adjuster and Falconi's. When I picked up the car I was told I had to pay $33.00 out of pocket. That was not a problem. Approximately 6 weeks later I received a ceritified letter from Falconi's. Since I was not home at the time a slip was left on the door. I signed the slip and placed it back on my door. The slip stayed on my door for 2 days. I then removed the slip and placed it in my mail pick-up slot expecting the letter to be delivered. I never received the letter. Another 3 weeks passed and I received a 2nd certified letter again no one was home. I then went to the post office and signed and came to find out that Falconi's was now going to put a lien to reposs my car because $250.00 deductible was owed. Shouldn't they have known this when I paid that night. The accident was not my fault so I don't understand why I even have to pay the deductible. I can't believe that this company could not pick-up the phone and explain the situation they had both my work and home numbers. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would never go back and I will make sure I tell as many people as I can about this so they don't experience the same thing. Pros: Can Rent A Car Right There Cons: Customer Service Stinks more
