I am extremely disappointed with bello blinds. \r
At first, they were nice and prompt. Things fell apart when the blinds came in the wrong order, and they didnt admit it was their fault. Till now, I still didnt receive my shades. Its been 2 months and they promised 10 working days. The owner doesn't pick up the phone and sets an installation appointment, doesn't show up. How worst can it get! Very shady company, i would not trust this company at all.
