I've been here twice. The first time was to get 4 new tires. When I left to ride on my new tires I was excited. Everyone always loves driving their car after a new set of propertly mounted and balanced tires are installed. \r
\r
NOT THIS TIME! It drove worse than before I got my new tires!\r
\r
The problem was that the moron who installed my tires didn't balance them even though I paid for balancing. Any time I got up to 60 mph on the highway my car would shake and vibrate violently. \r
\r
I finally took it back and they balanced the tires. After that it was fine but they should have done it right the first time. \r
\r
The second time I went to the tire warehouse on river street in Troy was for an alignment. The 20 something year old careless grease monkey they had working on my car didn't give a hoot about what he was doing. \r
\r
When I drove away the car pulled to the left really hard. I immediately went back and they test drove my car and found out I wasn't lying. \r
\r
They brought it back in the shop and after about another hour of waiting they were done. This time it was correct and drove straight. \r
\r
My problem with the tire warehouse is that they employ young dirty kids who have ZERO pride in their work. They probably pay them minimum wage so I can't blame the grease monkeys for not caring. \r
\r
This ends up creating problems because the job they do is never right the first time. It's not their car so they just don't care. You have to take your car back and argue with the counter guys so they'll fix the car correctly the second time. \r
\r
I won't go there again. I'll go to grand premier in east greenbush. They're a bit further away but they've always done the job right the first time.
Cons: careless grease monkeys working on your car
