I needed my Irish Passport Photos taken to meet Consulate standards, and went to four places trying to find someone to help me. Finally, after an internet review, I traveled to the UPS Store and had all the Irish criteria satisfied in one visit. Can't say thank you enough. Cost was fair and in line with services.
