This place is horrible! GO ElseWhere! My garage door was frozen shut in the dead of winter and a piece on our door broke. I called and scheduled an appointment with this place and took time off work to meet with them in the 4 hour window that they give you. They came out to my house and told me that they would have to order a piece to replace on my door to get it working again. I said how long will that take? The service guy told me that he could order it that day and should have in in 2 days. Then he could call and schedule a time to come out and fix the door. I said that would be great so I will hear from you in 2 days? He said yep! So 4 days go by....I hear nothing so I call. I leave a message that I'm waiting to hear when my part in is. The owner ""Wayne"" calls me later that day and says I'm calling to let you know the price of the part for your door...So do you want me to order this? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I told him to forget it. The service guy told me he was ordering the part 3 days ago. I told them that I was going to call a company that knew what they were doing! So I went with another company! Then the kicker is that Adams Door Co sent me a bill for $62. Can you beleive that they expected me to pay for them wasting my time??
