Loud made all kinds of mistakes when installing our home security. Then, they didn't want to fix them. They were arrogant and non-communicative. They kept hiding behind the contract that they wrote up that even says that they aren't responsible for their own negligence!! Please...don't even consider chancing your home security to Loud. You are better off leaving your doors and windows unlocked and open! If you want to get screwed too...call Loud!
Cons: Horrible customer service. Mean people. No accountability
