I have taken my dog to Platz for almost two years now, and every time I leave feeling impressed and reassured. I see Dr. Ticcony (the newest vet on the team), and I have been so pleased with him. He always returns phone calls promptly and answers every question I have with patience and concern. He is also very playful and patient with my dog (who is a handful sometimes!) and has given me so many great suggestions about dog care/training.
Pros: compassion and love for animals and owners
Cons: more expensive than other vets in the area
