I went there to buy a furniture set and not only was my delivery delayed, but i did not recieve what i payed for. This company has dreadful credit requirements.I not only felt as if i was giving my LIFE STORY for the application, but i also had to wait a long time for the approval. It seems to me that they dont want to sell. The way i see it, this company wants to get as much information from you as possible, and let the world know that you are about to buy a simple furniture set, as if it were some sort of soap opera full of gossip. And i had a freind go there who wanted to speak to a manager, and not suprising to me, she had to wait several hours for a manager to grow some guts to show up and talk to her. There are plenty of other furniture stores out there that are more than willing to help you and sell so you dont have to go through a living hell to buy something.
Pros: somewhat good furniture and nice sales representatives
Cons: horrible service & communication
