Working with Steve and Lam to get a great rate for our re-finance couldn't have been easier. They had everything prepared ahead of time and when the rate fell to what we wanted they were ready to go. At closing, Steve was there to explain every document we signed, as well as to make sure everything was correct from the underwriter.
