I've complained a number of times about how my mother's hearing aids were being handled. They've been misplaced, placed in her ears numerous times with dead batteries and finally the facility lost one and broke the other. I bought my mother a new one and within a month, they lost that one too.
I e-mailed and called the executive director, but have not had a return phone call.
Pros: Staff is dedicated
Cons: Management is unresponsive
