I have been going to Jenny at Visible Changes in The Woodlands, TX mall for years now and she does a FANTASTIC job every time. I have NEVER been disappointed with her work . She has never been anything but sweet, friendly and professional. I have received many compliments on both my haircut (Steven cuts my hair - he's also TERRIFIC!!) and color thanks to Jenny & Steven and have always trusted their skill as well as their advice/suggestions on my hair cut & color. I can't help but feel that anyone who wold say something bad Jenny's personality or professionalism is just looking for an excuse to get a free hair color service!!! Please do not let that incorrect, negative review influence your opinion about, or decision to see Jenny at Visible Changes. If you do, you will be missing out on the opportunity to meet a very sweet person who does an excellent job with hair color!
