My washer started acting strange, overflowing, running all the programs, not spinning, then not filling. Called Paul after calling another service company which never even gave me an ETA. Paul told me he would be here between 3 and 5, showed up exactly at 3 and fixed my washer right away. He even stayed through a whole wash cycle to make sure it works perfectly. Which it did. He explained what was wrong and showed me how to fix it should it happen again! I would recommend him to anybody and call him again if need be. Thank you Paul!
