I had my wife's car windows tinted 2 years ago with sunbusters partly because of the life time warranty. I called them about a problem with one of the windows last summer. I was told they would take care of it that weekend. Great! (It didn't work that way!!) Now after 9 months, 19 times I have talked to them and 5 appointments made and not kept. My wife's car is still not fixed!! All We get are excuses, no one even has the manners to call when they can't make it. I would never use this company again and I will never recommend them to anyone. My only next step is court.
