I've actually used RR on many occasions over the years. So about every 18 months I give ol' Ron a call to put some damage control on my forgetful ways. Each time he was reachable and prompt. To be honest the only reason I used him after the first time was because I could remember his name. Well that was enough to keep me coming back and I haven't been sorry since. Do yourself a favor and text it to yourself so you'll have a quick solution the next time you're locked out of the car/house/panic room
