Inside the bakery is very open and clean. The man who helped me was very nice, and was watching/holding his daughter at the same time helped me. There were only 5 or 6 items to chose from, so I decided to go with the classic cinnamon roll with walnuts. It was somewhat expensive ($2.75) for one roll, and the size was about as big as a bagel. The dough wasn't very airy or light tasting; it was heavy and thick. The icing was good, not that cream cheese type of icing. I could tell the icing was homemade. I thought it could have used alot more cinnamon and spices. I probably will not go back because I think Great Harvest is the best bakery in Bozeman and is cheaper for better quality.
