The site is pretty secure, the staff is extremely helpful and understanding, and the storage units are convenient. Having had dealt with other storage places in Torrance for friends and relatives, the people here are second to none. But never-seen upper management sometimes makes some strange rules that seem to be out-of-touch and geared against their customers, but the pros more than make up for it. So far.
