Most people who are this upset with a business, usually contact it in person or by phone to notify them of a complaint and discuss the problem. As I, the owner Vet, have no recollection of recently telling someone that their pet was going to die if it didn't get thousands of dollars worth of care, I would like to know who you are to verify the situation as you describe it and to learn from it if possible. more
